Avoid aspartame and other artificial sweeteners
Aspartame can be found on the ingredient list in the following products:
Sodas, over-the-counter medications and prescription drugs (very common and other ingredient lists), vitamins, herbal supplements, yogurts, instant breakfasts, sweets, mints, cereals, sugar-free chewing gum, cocoa drinks, coffee beverages, instant breakfasts, desserts containing gelatin, ice creams, fruit juices, laxatives, milk drinks, sweeteners table, tea beverages, teas and instant coffees, sauces, etc. …… ..
Carefully check the labels and compare them to the list of “sweeteners to avoid”. Many people do not carefully check labels and continue to poison themselves.
In addition, many people do not realize that their children may consume at school and unknowingly have foods or drugs containing aspartame or other artificial sweeteners. Talk to the school principal to make sure this does not happen.
Many people find it easier to avoid toxic sweeteners by buying locally, larger health food stores if possible. Many health food stores have banned artificial sweeteners (especially aspartame) for obvious reasons. But it is still important to check the labels some health food stores unknowingly sell, aspartame, acesulfame-k, and sucralose!
